I think most women have more self control and integrity than you give them credit for... but then, I specifically avoid "good Christian women" as a rule, it'd be like taking advantage of a special needs person and I have not had any problems with mutually exclusive relationships failing because of disloyalty. But, as you said... it's all in how your generation was raised, same is true for mine. We learned from the mistakes our parents made in the 60's and 70's "free love era" and the increased divorce rate that followed and with the advance of the internet, people are exposed to ever broadening sexual horizons and have a lot less hang ups and baggage than was normal for those who grew up in the 50's and early 60's. I think it will be interesting to see just how far that progress is pushed and what amazing things will be normalized once Gen Z starts to hit it's mid 20's and beyond.

"Date" is the operative word there, Honey. When some hear 'date,' they think sex... When I hear 'date,' I hear Wife-Hunting. When you (us men) grow the hell up, we see dating like you girls do - as shopping for the one with whom you'd want to raise kids.
So the anwser is the the question when you find the person you're asking. Me, I don't give the slightest shit about looks, because I realized from an early age that a nice Brandy and a good Book finish rank many place a head of a hot ass.
Now, who would I want to fuck? Again, it'd be the girl with whom I'm most closely paired mentally. The more I like 'who she is' then the more sexually attractive I find her. Yes, I know that is rare, so my answer doesn't count as much, but it all the truth I have.
However, in the spirit of toning-down my introspective erudition, I will confirm that between the two option (if I had a good girl to apply them to), I would here rather be cute rather than hot. A hot girl can make me want to fuck her, a lot, at her will... often with only adding a pair of thigh-high stockings to her day's outfit. I don't want that. Don't get me wrong, I'd like it at the time, but fucking a tight-assed firm-breasted chick is not where meaning id to be found. Plus, a hot girl is a lot of work - meaning I'm gonna have to throw more punches going into my 40's. No, give me a cute girl-next-door type. Where neither of us will be worried about in what decade her ass is going to start dropping.
As a Marine, I was hit on SO often by hot women, but it got old quick, and basically none of them could satisfy me in conversation - which, YES, kids - is a fairly large part of being in a relationship. Yeah, I'd love a cute as a button, down-to-Earth girl who I would prefer to cuddle with, rather than watch her prance around in her latest overpriced two -piece.
Also, in my experience, the hot girls are the ones on Facebook at 40 posting things like "Where are all the nice guys?"... While the cute girls are either married with kids, or contented in their careers. Hell, I'll take a porky and homely girl that I can give and get real emotion and honesty from, before I'd spend a second date with a hottie that will give me and hour of ecstasy at the cost of an entire afternoon of vapid, mind-numbing, soul-crushing, talks about the shit that matters the least in the world.

I understand that a hot girl is attractive in their own rights, but a cute girl is the most attractive in my view, plus if they are cute and not a smoking hot babe then I don't have to be as scared about guys trying to steal her, while that adorable personality would make me want to be with her every day and feel like I have to message her if I was not with her.

I have only ever had a crush on a cute girl and only ever found other cute girls to also be the most desirable, I have never seen myself wanting to be in a relationship with a hot girl and I have been friends with a hot girl but I never saw her that way, she just seemed TOO obsessed with looks and attention if you know what I mean? Like some people in the comments said, I do feel like a cute person is a more reliable relationship because they have that personality that does not ask for everyone to love them but instead only you, they can switch on a hot girl mode when it is only the two of you, since they are not always like it then the effect of seeing them like it makes it more attractive as well I think, because it is a rarer sight.

Hmm, the age has to be within reason, I would date a person who was at a maximum of 5 years difference, I wouldn't want a huge difference, but I wouldn't mind dating a woman who was five years older than me, I could also technically date a girl five years younger than me at my current age, it would just be awkward to tell my family and her family the age gap, I would never try anything sexual with her till she was a proper adult, but that is why the relationship would also be different, because it would be two different ages of interests :p
