I think it depends on the job you are applying for, and how you "explain" why these are online?
If I'm interviewing a candidate for a sales position, and working for a HUGE, WELL-KNOW company, and found nudes, in a background search, I would have to ask him/her how he/she thinks that these, being online, won't conflict with the Corporate values.
If I was hiring for a Gym, a WORKOUT place, that would be different.
If it was someone I was hiring for some office position, I would ask about it, of course, because it might imply irresponsible behavior, and depending on the answer, I might laugh, and just smile, and hire the person, with their skills, and accepting it as a silly mistake!
Why do TWO guys, have nudes of you, Uh, I mean, "Your Friend"?00 Reply

I swear, I think this might be my last post on this site. The people here are fucking insane. Your blaming the girl for daring to take a nude picture of herself? Secretly made, or given over willfully, what about the fucking prick leaking them?
I have received plenty of nudes, and never even considered using them to hurt the women who gave them to me. What is wrong with you fucking guys? Don't you want nudes from girls? This is how you fuck that up.01 Reply- +1 y
I want someone to reply to this. What I see in this thread is fucking disgusting and I am far from being some sort of SJW Feminist. The men on this site need fucking counseling.
I hate hearing stories like this. It's really not a good idea to send nudes to anyone, it's unfortunately so common to see people break up and use them as a weapon, or for someone unintended to get hold of them.
Some of you men saying oh she deserves, it fuck you. You're probably the same assholes who constantly beg women on the internet to take these.23 Reply- +1 y

Okay first of all how does your ex's get ahold of your friends pictures and the next thing is if your exes share pictures with her then they should respect did what she did was because she trusted them with her pictures and what they were doing at that time and they should always honor that that's one thing I can't understand. I've been to stranger chat sites and the guy will say hey do you have pictures of a girl's you want to trade and the first thing out of my mouth is fuck you because that girl trusted me with her pictures and she will always have that trust Within Me plus plus I delete pictures anyway
01 ReplyThey probably wont……….. my girlfriend has videos of her getting railed by different guys online.
And nudes on top of it……..
And its never ben an issue for her, If someone asks she’s honest about it. And goes on about her life…….

+1 yIt really depends on the career. But it should be a wake-up for your friend to stop taking nudes. In the past, Miss America had to return her crown after nude photos surfaced. Could help in some instances, Paris Hilton got more famous after her sex-tape was released. There are several legal protections against retaliatory porn posting.
01 Reply- +1 y
Your new update says the nudes were secretly made. There are Criminal laws against secretly recording nudes in the US. There are also extortion laws against threats to reveal such images.
1.2K opinions shared on Dating topic. If you are famous, nudes can destroy your career. However, since she is not an important person, it doesn't matter. Maybe it would be embarrassing if the photos are sent to her family but no one else cares; nor would they be interested in the photos. Even the porn sights wouldn't want them because they have plenty of their own models.
10 ReplyIf the men took the photos illegally, without her knowledge and consent, she needs to report them to the authorities. That can constitute serious prison time for the offenders. Tell your friend she needs to file a police report.
20 ReplyIt can effect your reputation if it gets out in that particular area. But that classifies as revenge porn now and is an actual felony that they can get prison time for spreading.
Might want to tell your friend now if she doesn't already know.14 Reply

Like this is one of the few legal matters I'm pretty passionate about so I know quite a bit on the subject. She's safe. Worse case scenario he tries to spread it under the radar, but why would he take the risk?
Even then she can make the legal dispute public in her area. So if he tries to damage her reputation she can devastate his to the point of not being able to live there. A guy being known as a guy that did that to his ex in his town would ruin him
+1 yWell the way I see it, it’s almost normal to have nudes and even released online, but it depends on your culture, it’s normal for the western world, when released it becomes an embarrassment for the female, but goes to normal and forget after a period of time, it can cause ver bad problems depending on your culture and career

There's women that have nudes of me and I just wouldn't give a fluke if they tried to "release them" good luck anyone seeing them.00 Reply4.3K opinions shared on Dating topic. Logically what can they do with them? Upload to a revenge porn site. If they use her name, she could easily find and demand they be taken down.

Opinion Owner+1 y@AlannaBabe I don't feel bad for your friend at all. In the Real World actions have consequences. If this comes back to ruin her career then she deserves it.
Potentially depending on what her career is however if they expose them without her permission they can be convicted criminally and I reckon that screws your career up more
10 Reply671 opinions shared on Dating topic. Maybe, but unlikely. A lot of women have leaked nudes floating around these days. It depends on the person’s career. If someone is a teacher or an executive it is more likely to matter than not.

They can go to jail for that, if she doesn’t consent to those photos being put online I’m pretty sure. She can press charges
014 Reply- +1 y
They obviously sent it to that one person and didn’t consent for them to share it to their friends or the internet. That’s like sharing a pencil with one person and than them letting someone else use it and saying “well why’d you give me the pencil in the first place” they only gave that one person permission to use the pencil.
It’s not that hard it’s just common sense and common decency - +1 y
You're comparing a pencil to nude picture and we all know that lending someone a pencil isn't as risky as sending someone a nude pic. So because of that logic, i suppose you would also jump into some stranger's car because apparently for you it's just like lending someone a pencil. A common decency is also not sending nude pics in the first place. have you ever thought of that?
- +1 y
That's not what im even talking about. But sure i'll talk about unsolicited nudes. You have no exact idea that those nude pics may be unsolicited and i'm not just talking about guys doing it. But that's still besides the point. You still haven't answered the question
- +1 y
You also have the rights to do the same thing because what's given is given and no i'm not talking about posting it online. And secondly, no one is forcing you to commit to someone who's demanding you nudes. If dating for you is all about sending nudes, then there's no point of you complaining about what happens to what you sent.
- +1 y
Yeah sure the asker updated it just right now. Cases like that are exceptions but by default and most of the time, nudes are sent. Also whats your point taking a nude picture if you're not even going to send it? Sure there can be various unknown reasons but most of the time, that doesn't remove the fact that most of the time they are going to be sent. Sure what you're talking about is not all about nudes yet you're justifying that's stupid act. Anyway you still haven't give a clear answer as to why you have to send a nude pic in the very beginning. You give a scenario that happens later and after the nude pic being sent not the beginning.
- +1 y
So again why does it have to be nudes being sent? That's what proves "everything is sending nudes" according to you. Because you can't think of a romantic relationship without involving it. It's safe to assume you'd do the same thing for justifying it so much.
- +1 y
Lol you "can't" comment on the relationship yet you're suggesting jail without even knowing. Neither do I don't know the relationship but because you're jumping to that conclusion, which is why I asked that question. Now who you calling slow? It's ironic when someone who is is saying that.
