When it comes to real estate my friend if you see a house you like make an offer & if you don’t see a house you like keep looking. Some house might be a fixer upper. Some houses might be out of your budget. Some houses might require high maintenance. Some houses aren’t for sale or there is an offer pending or currently under contract. Some houses have been on the market for a long time or some houses were just listed. As for neighborhoods some neighborhoods might not be the greatest when you are out driving & in that case it’s ok to keep driving there are other neighborhoods.

What does 'hit on' mean to you? You say 'hi', or 'hello'?
To me, 'hit on' means you proposition for sex. You give her attention in the hopes she'll have sex with you at some point.

A normal start for any romantic relationship with a pretty lady is to simply strike up a conversation. See where it goes. Judge her level of attraction and desire and proceed from there. Cuz without that, nothing is going anywhere fast.

Or you grew up in a different environment. I have sisters and was raised by a single mother on welfare. But , I was also from a large and known family of good reputation however estranged. I was raised a gentilman with an older sister and 90 pound blond blue eyed mother living in random low rent housing. So I have a dim view of men who are overly flirtatious, women don't like it, they just smile and take it because they don't have a choice.

I often complain about the often contradictory rules men are forced to play by, but this one case where I take the women's side.
