Yes, appearances fade. And bodies gets chubbier. Everyone knows this. But that's the very reason WHY men prefer to date slimmer girls. Because they have further to go. They will stay attractive longer.

There are men and women who really care more about who the person is on the inside and will see past imperfections. This is why you see very attractive people with unattractive people and wonder, how the hell that happened.

My point was, yes, physical attraction indeed will fade, but then what's left? I don't care how "hot" a person is, if they have the personality of a wet noodle, you'll never be in a sustained relationship with them. You need more. That's all.

I know some people don't care as much about that, and that's fine. But I shouldn't try to pretend to not care about physical attraction when it's a biological part of who I am. But as far as things like weight and physical fitness go, those things don't define you as a person. They're malleable.
Look at Adele, for example. She chose to make changes in her life for the betterment of her own personal health, and she succeeded in a complete transformation. That just shows that you can do anything you set your mind to. It's all about getting to that point in life where you want it bad enough.

So that's why I wouldn't necessarily reject someone who was currently temporarily overweight. Because that's not who they are as a person.

@Jamie05rhs I again, agree with you. I'm not saying there doesn't need to be an attraction to someone, because we're all animals at our core. It's just that for some people attraction isn't always about their outward appearance.

Attraction is also subjective. What you find attractive, others may not. You as you say prefer fitter girls, and that's fine, but as we all know, there are people who either like big girls, or it's not an issue for them at all.

I'm not saying anyone must like large girls. I'm not in that court. I'm also all for the love yourself movement, but you can't make someone love you, nor should you want to.

1.76 is actually rather tall for a woman in the United States. Even so, 110 kg, which is over is over 240 pounds, is fat by all standards- even WNBA starts who are much taller.

If the guy met the woman at that weight, fine. In the case of a friend of mine whose wife gained over 150 pounds (70 kilos) after they got married... it's not good!

First of all, the 'fat girl' part isn't relevant. And lots of people confused shapely and curvy for 'fat'. Women have a higher body-fat content in the first place, a pleasant layer of fat under the skin makes them supple and soft. And breasts consist nearly entirely of fat.

And overweight girls tend to try harder, they have to, so they tend to be more supplicating, willing to submit, and in many cases they're better lovers. Plus that extra cushion makes their vagina plush. A skinny girl is like bone on bone. LOL

Now, if you want to keep a man, you need to understand they're simple, not stupid. A good man is a busy man, he's focused on his success, chasing his dreams and life aspirations. He's actually going someplace and being somebody. If you want to hitch your wagon to him you need to understand his basic needs:
1. Sex
2. Food
3. Attention/love/respect
If you provide all of these he could need or want he'll remain forever loyal and in love with you.
