What are good dating ideas for the 2nd date?

A picnic is a very cool idea, no many people do that anymore! So second date, so it can’t be something super intense…. you are still getting to know each other so you don’t want to go to a loud club or go see a movie. You want to be able to talk. (That is why picnic is great…also very romantic)
You could take her out to dinner someplace nice, go to a museum maybe. Not sure where you live - but a dinner cruise is nice or a day at the beach. Take her to some kind of local festival. As we head into the fall, lots of festivals pop up. Go tour a winery together. Find one of those escape room places where you team up and have sort of an adventure together. If you are both into exercise, invite her to go hiking or cycling. Find a local cool town that people like to stroll around in, with lots of interesting shops and bars and places to eat, and go stroll around and explore - and then have dinner. Some places have outdoor live music where you bring your own chair and maybe your own drinks and sit outside under the stars. You could look for something like that. If there is a local place to shoot some pool (that is nice, not a scummy place) you could take her there. You could find some kind of very nice outdoor bar/restaurant where you can sit outside and relax and talk. I don’t know what her preferences and interests are, if you know some of that, it can guide you on what she may like to do. It’s really nice that you want to put some thought into this. I wish you good luck, new relationships are exciting and fun, I hope it works out for you.
