Good second date idea?

So I had a fun idea for a second date but I'm not sure if it's too much for a second date. Just looking for some feedback.

On our first date, we both mentioned we needed to get Christmas shopping done. She indicated she likes to have it done by early December and seemed a little stressed about it. I thought it'd be fun to see who can cross off more people on their list with a little friendly competition. She works during the evening, so figured we start the date with brunch and go from there.

On our first date, we had coffee and then extended to dinner. I don't want to have it too similar to the first and want to add in some competition. I live in northern NY so it's getting a bit cold and she mentioned she doesn't really like the colder weather. So I'm trying to find some "colder weather" activities. She does have a dog, so I could involve her dog in some way too.

Some other ideas I had:
- Art walk
- Indoor rock climbing
- Hiking
- Farmer's Market

Thanks. I like the Christmas shopping one the best, but I didn't want it to be boring or be too much too soon. She likes to be active and is pretty open from what I can tell on the first date. She likes to cook/bake, bowling, concerts/movies. I also like rock climbing but some girls are hit or miss on how open they are with that, especially early on.

Are there any holiday related things going on? Like displays or such?

Most are December, so I can definitely check those out with her. Even just walking around neighborhoods and seeing lights would be fun
