How far in advance should I schedule a date? Should I not say anything until I reach out to finalize the date?

I asked this girl out, she said yes and I said I'd call her to finalize things when I had some free time. I found out my new schedule change means I'll only be off Monday and Tuesday ]. I think she is going to be off mondays but I don't know for certain. which means I'd be shooting for next Monday night at my place. The thing is, I don't know how I feel calling her today and planning a date 7 days in advance. How many days ahead of the date should I call to finalize plans? And before then, should I just say nothing to her until I make the call? What about after?

Plenty of people make plans a week ahead of schedule, don't leave it she might have made other plans for those nights.

Honestly, just ask her, especially if you both have uncertain schedules. A week out isn’t too far away. Besides, the hard part is over, she said yes! Now it’s all about find the right time.
