What does it mean when a guy says however long it takes I won't go anywhere but haven't replied?

I've recently been talking to this guy I met online and he wanted to to meet yesterday but because I was so nervous I said no then and he said where we ever going to meet and I said yes we will (cuz duh I like him) then he said however long it takes I won't go anywhere then I said I'm glad then he said lol good. Cuz I'm shy and nervous we haven't talked on the phone or Face time so I said that we could be said okay we can do that I said okay 😊 Then yesterday morning we said good morning, wyd and that but he haven't replied since I said what I was doing and its been 20h (only reason I know is because of Snapchat)
