When a guy says “I’m not going anywhere”?

My ex boyfriend tells me I’m not going anywhere. What does this mean? He’s not planning to move on?

Like if I get upset about the possibility of me losing him or us forgetting about each other 🙄 He says “just relax. I’m not going anywhere so just go with it” he also says he knows he won’t forget about me & we will see each other again.

Basicaly he is saying that, he there for you, and does care about you.
