What does it mean when a guy asks, "Where are you going?" all the time?

I am not close to this guy, but he stares at me intensely all the time, and he is always asking when he calls "Hey, where you at?" and when he sees me in person he is staring at me and he kept on asking me multiple times "Where are you going?" cause I was leaving my house and I smiled and said "I'll be back" well when I came back my brother and him were on the porch and he said "Where did you go?" "Where were you?" he kept staring at me and asking me and I just smiled and said "Don't worry about it" I don't know if I should be worried? or is this is normal, also it's weird cause he never compliments me! He acts flirty and more sexual with other girls, but with me it's more casual and we are always joking around, but I just don't understand him, and I don't know why he questions where I am going all the time, or where I am at, and stares at me intensely. I don't know if I should Kiss him he then might just hide in my bushes all night, or climb through my window (which is very easy access cause my bedroom is on the lower level) or drill some sort of a hole in my bathroom and place a camera in there lmfao! Yeah, he probably is, but I never had a guy act like that with me. He just questions every time I see him. I do seem mysterious cause I don't tell him about my life, cause I am a private person and I keep my personal/social life private. I also don't like to tell people everything about me, but I said in front of him that I don't believe in relationships, and I am not girlfriend material, so that should tell you right there I don't have a boyfriend. Yeah, I was unsure, cause I was thinking "well he doesn't call me or text me all the time" I kinda thought a stalker does the works, like, stalks, texts, calls, questions incessantly. Oh god I hope not! He does seem to weirdly ask me. I didn't know though if it's a weird thing guys do sometimes? He doesn't call me or text me all the time though, it's just when he sees me in person, he'll act that way and ask questions. So I don't know what he is doing, but thank you for answering! :)

I told him that I don't believe in relationships, well I said that in front of him. He did ask me antoher time where I was and I said "That I cannot say" in a joking way and he said "What is it your booty call?" I said "No, haha!"
