Why am I getting so nervous around a girl at my work?

I literally get nervous that I start to feel sick and not very hungry. It's almost like a sick butterfly feeling in my stomach. But when we spoke the conversation was comfortable. But everytime I see her initially I get so nervous I feel sick in my stomach. Like butterfly feeling

Anxiousness. There is something about her that is making you feel that way. It's probably her energy. Be careful. I get sensitive like that around certain people, especially if their energy is toxic. You have to find a way to have a wall up so to block certain energies.

Well she seems happy when she sees me. I was chatting to her a few days ago and she got very chatty and asking me questions. I've noticed everytime she talks to me she is fiddling with the collar of her shirt and name tag
