Girls, Why is it getting awkward around a girl at work?

We got along so well and talking was amazing. I could tell we really enjoyed talking with each other. She'd smile at me make eyes contact, always wave the first moment she noticed me. I did respond to those things too. Now I've noticed she barely looks at me in the eyes, doesn't wave to me anyway. I feel like something is going on between us but I can't work out what it is. But I'm still making her laugh and we are still having some conversation. But I definitely feel it's getting tense between us. There is no reason for this. She is driving me crazy.

I feel she has developed feelings for me as she still shows some interest, but has gone shy with me. Given I've known her for a while now

The fact that she still stopped and spoke to me voluntarily means something is there. I was minding my own business so nothing was forcing her. Plus I can make her giggle heaps with things I say

I jusr really like her. I can't tell if she likes me. I've noticed she has blushed around me

She has a personal issues she's dealing with, give her time to come around

Like I can make her giggle. Today I made her laugh at leadt twice today. I said to her my days off are changing to Tuesday. She said ' Tuesdays are the days I work though'

But she'll even come up and start conversation with me. So I don't think she is completely fobbing me off. Like today she started talking about her lips to me.
