Girls, Why is my female coworker suddenly nervous/shy towards me for no reason?

The girl I work with is suddenly nervous around me. We spoken heaps and known each other for sometime. I've noticed she is nervous/shy around me for no reason. But she still puts herself in situations where I could easily approach her, but we seem to avoid each other for no reason. But she seems happy to talk to me when we do

I noticed the other day I was talking to this other girl and the girl I like came up and randomly walked between myself and the other girl. This is just at work and I was just having a friendly chat with another girl from her department. We were standing in the aisle and she just happen to walk down the aisle and out again but she ignored both of us and then walked out of the aisle again. She did nothing else in the aisle apart from walk between us

maybe she had a dream about you. Sometimes when that happen we start noticing how attractive someone is. or we just start liking them. It depends what u did on her dream 😈

She has been playing with her hair whilst I talk to her and stroking her neck lightly. I noticed she started going on her lunch breaks at the same time as me. Like we've known each other for a while and spoken heaps but suddenly we like avoid each other for no reason. But she puts hers in situation where she is in my sight and I could approach her

We've spoken heaps in the past. It's like we're both avoiding each other. But then she goes on her lunch breaks at the same time as me everytime. Once I spoke to her 4 times in one day and everytime I spoke to her she was stroking the side of her neck with her fingers.
