Simple, stop worrying about what everyone else thinks of you. Once you lose the fear of what everyone else thinks of you, you start building self confidence because you no longer give a shit what others think. You begin to shine. Now, this does not mean to be an immoral b***h or anything like that, it just means, be you. Stop trying to be what you think everyone else wants you to be, and be who YOU want to be. You will shine bright and people will take notice.
Sounds like getting rid of toxic people in your life would help immensely.
