I’ve lack of confidence in myself.

I believe it comes by not worrying about making mistakes. A humans make mistakes and we learn from them. And my dad taught me young not to worry about what most people think about you. That is hard but good to learn.

First one is that it’s perfectly normal situation, second, it’s not the end of the world, it’s something you can build on.

Doing volunteer work can really help, working at a soup kitchen, handing out food parcels to families.

practice talking to shop staff about random stuff, learn to do basic small talk and chat to people working in say clothes shop, as a guy geek in an electronics store advice and chat to him.

join a club that involves speaking to other members, interacting with them and also the public.
