Girls, how do you let someone know your intentions?

I’ve seen lots of advice on how guys must communicate their intentions when they meet someone and how girls want to avoid players. But how do girls let a guy know what they want and need?

I’m very to the point as in I will just come out and say I think we need to spend a bit more time doing ________. Could be being intimate, getting together with friends, going out of the house, etc.

Also goes for emotional stuff. I will flat out tell him I feel kinda down or want that “needed” feeling. He knows exactly what that means and often leads to him doing extra special things for me.

He knows lol. Very good at picking up my emotions.

I don’t demand anything. Apologies if it comes off that way but certainly not true. All I am saying is that I communicate clearly instead of bottling things up.

Over time, as our relationship is somewhat new, he learns to read me better, just like I learn how to read his moods. As I stated, anymore rare that either one of us needs to say anything as we just know.

If you are the source of the failures yes I can blame you. If the guys are always the source I blame them. But we are human and we all fuck up so I will blame you and the guys to some degree. Just like I blame myself and my exes. The key is learning from the mistakes and growing

I would say to not let a new guy know that in the beginning and you probably don’t. Better to see each new opportunity in a positive light. Otherwise you could chase off a good traditional guy

I usually let them state theirs first, then I stay or leave based on my intentions with them. There was this guy who stated that he wanted a long-term relationship, but I didn’t like him that way so I left.

If I like him romantically, then I'd be straightforward. If I want a purely sexual, nothing more than friends with benefits type relationship, I'd tell him that as well. I'd make my intentions clear, and tell him what I can offer.
