What makes someone out of your league?
The basic presumption of “out of your league” is that people can be ranked from least to most desirable, whether it's based on attractiveness, wealth, social status, or a combination of these and other factors. Of course, people differ from each other in thousands of ways.

I think you got the best one for right now because that's how I feel too. If She's more attractive than me then I usually let her go and let her find someone hopefully better.
My short opinion to this question is -yes. Although I don't necessarily believe in a league system, I do however, believe in dating someone so different from you that others may think, "Damn! How did that happen!" I speak from experience. This was me in all of my serious relationships.
My first experience was in high school when I moved into a new town. Being the new kid in my junior year isn't necessarily fun. Especially when you're an introvert like I was (not an introvert anymore). I remember a few students reaching out and trying to befriend me, and I appreciated those efforts. Whithin a few weeks I had formed some new friendships. Those friends weren't necessarily the most good looking dudes on campus nor were they the most popular. But they became my friend and we fit in just fine.
Then one day, this girl, came up to me during lunch and asked to sit with me and my new group of friends. We all thought this was some sort of prank because she was very pretty and very sexy. Not knowing if I was being played or not, I welcomed her and we sat and talked.
I didn't know it at the moment but my friends later told me she was the most popular girl in school. Since they all had lived in the same town and grown up going to school together, they knew her very well and she knew them too. But it seemed as if high school and puberty took them on different paths of social status.
Without drawing out the details of how this relationship was formed, Nora and I became a couple and all the cool kids started to get to know me. It was really weird being in my position. Here I am, the new kid in school, dating one of the most desired girls in school, while all the boys that grew up with Nora, dreamed of being with her. We dated until we graduated and parted ways due to college paths. The main differences between Nora and I were social status, and looks. She had both and I had neither. My personality and character is what carried me through. Oh and maybe other extracurricular activity helped (I'll leave that to your imagination).
There are two other serious relationships that had similar comparisons. One of them is my wife now. She's awesome in every way. Every. Way. I really don't know how I ended up winning her heart. I guess it's all about personality and character. I think what woman sense from me is loyalty, respect, integrity, protection and serving of their needs.
Perhaps they felt I was out of "their league," (your term, not mine) or maybe, just maybe, I was a better person than those before me. Regardless, just be a strong, confident and faithful version of you, and you'll be good to go.
I do not believe in the concept of "leagues" but I did date somebody that was really pretty and she came from an affluent family and was one of the popular kids. I was from a different town and I imagine if she knew me from school she would not have given me the time of day.
My first girlfriend, who was also my childhood sweetheart, was everything I could ask for until she passed away just before we actually got romantic. Mutual love at first sight, too. I was 100% certain she was the one for me until she died…
I have, and she looked a lot better than the fat woman in the picture. That said, it was a lousy experience since although she was a nice person, she had the personality of a rock (no offense to rocks), and her looks were all she had going for her, and she, unfortunately, was aware of that and quite sad about it. I found her boring and I felt embarrassed when she met my friends and tried to talk to them.
Once i dated a girl that was just so perfect lookswise. I found out pretty quick that she slept with everyone and mostly the dirtiest guys. Ie a guy with no teeth, all three black guys in her tiny town even though two were related, a legit old man like 80 something... i couldnt believe it. So i asked her and she straight up said yes its true. Needless to say idc how hot she was that girl had serious fucking issues.
i persuede because she made the first move and did so till she bolted. Then came back in a whole new Got my shit together out of my league 20 years later and took me out and told me to be patient all of this when I was looking to die not be inspired. Another heart ache is not nessasery. for this shmuck, and really you brought me back into the brotation. for what?
Yeah I have a couple of times but one more so than the other we dated for a while in both cases but they left the area and long distance doesn't work does it
Didn't get to the dating part, but she without any doubt fell in love with me (all online) but ghosted me because of long distance and seeing no future. She looked like a gorgeous model though

I married her. It was fun, but it was like fighting an uphill battle and hanging onto her by a thread sometimes. The relationship was very one-sided.
