There is no well defined way, no formula as such. Even if the woman makes her best attempts, a man may still never fall in love with a woman.

On the other hand it is also possible that a man may fall in love with a woman who never made any attempt to get his attention. Hence it is tough to generalize, tough to say that a man can and surely will fall in love with a woman if she tries to get his attention or shows her interest etc etc.

It is also true that some men will never fall in love because they are incapable of doing so and they are just too logical, rational a person to fall in love or to be in love.

Hence to summarize I can say that it depends on the guy.
