Lots of people probably would, and that’s their choice. Me? No.
Straight up married? HELL to the FU** NO. If a married person wanted to date me I’d recommend counseling to them and maybe block their # etc.
Separated? No. Why? Things changed. Even people who are separated get back together. I won’t be that guy who aids in ending a marriage.
Even if everything is finished, people need time to process and move on. I wouldn’t date anyone until they had been single again for at least as year or two (dep on many factors).
Yes, I’m fairly traditional. Yes, I *try* to live an honorable life.
    Take the high road.

For what it might matter, I married at 22 and divorced at 27. Was separated for about 1 1/2 years. Didn’t date during that time. Didn’t date until 2-3 years after divorce was done. Haven’t dated since (8+ years), since I realized that I’m a piece of work and didn’t have my $#it together.

I appreciate that, but the reality is that the opposite is true. I realized a few years ago that I’m still a piece of work with 30+ years of selfish, bad habits. It takes time to turn that around, and is only possible with Jesus’ help.

    No I would not.

i have but at the time was not aware of it.

luckily I have good friends that look out for me. They found out she was married and she was told to sort her life out.

there is one only caveat where they were getting divorced and we really clicked (not just a little bit), then I would consider it.

NO! Never! It’s seriously my one major thing… fidelity vs. infinitely. If your wife doesn’t understand you, file for a divorce, and when it’s finalized… THEN we can talk about dating. But a man who will cheat on his wife, will damn sure eventually cheat on you! So how could you ever trust him? And if you don’t trust someone, how can you love them? Love and trust go hand in hand! It’s just a ridiculous proposition and doomed to fail from the very beginning! Cheaters cheat… it’s just what they do! Neither you, nor I are anything so special that he’ll/she’ll will never cheat again!

No absolutely not!! Anyone that would date while they're still married don't sound like someone that respects commitment of fidelity, so double deal breaker.. And while I'm not certain if I want a husband I'm certain I don't want someone else's husband...

I'm not dating anyone as long as there is any chance for them to reconcile. I don't want to be blamed for the divorce, and I don't want to blame myself for a couple not reconciling.

I am curious for the ones saying no, if that includes poly relationships where both spouses are fully aware of the other relationship and are fine with it.

Anyway, I am that married one who also dates. Generally if things get to a dating phase they end up meeting my wife too. If they click then it becomes all three of us dating, if not, then it's just me dating both. If she hates them then I dont date them. Pretty simple.

I don't love my wife any less. I don't question my loyalty to her. She doesn't question mine to hers either.

hell no. not even if they filed for divorce. Only if they had it finalized and the reason for leaving was because her husband was as cheater, abuser, or threatened her life. And like i said that's AFTER and with clear intentions known. Still would not pursue till I knew for sure.

I have and still do Mainly because there are so many attractive women who have told me that their husband is either no longer interested or he's gained 150# and she is no longer interested. May of them are tigers when they can finally be with someone who lusts after them

No that's not me. If I'm going to date somebody I'm going to know that they're single and then I'm not going to be hurting anybody there's no reason for that and there's too many other women in this world for me to think that I have to do that type of thing I would want it done to me so I'm not going to do it to anybody else

Married and separated or in the divorce process yes.

My ex dated me while I was still separated (because my ex husband was dragging out the process). I’d been separated for 4 bloody years before I’d met him, so I expect he felt some comfort from that?

Yes, As Long as We could keep it completely confidential between us. Understand that Humans have biological bodies with natural needs which in some cases are not met withing the boundaries of marriage. Sometimes, despite the modern social norms and strict regulations, Humans are Humans with Primal Tendencies. It's also Human Nature of getting satisfaction by risking on the forbidden. Humans are Humans.

Hell no. I remember when I was younger and a woman asked me if I ever slept with a married woman (as if it’s something to be proud of). I would never want such done to me. I’ve slept with many women, but none ever in a relationship, engaged or married. It’s messed up. I sin enough as it is.

No, I would not. I can't imagine this happening. My elderly cousin dated a guy for 12 years did not know he was married and what puzzles me. She still uses his last name but I think people need to do background checks on people before even dating them.

Check the dates of the conversations. it reminded me of you and I texted. it is sad seeing you blocked me, I am not angry with you tho ;)

I was going to close this account. I wanted to hear you before that. I was not angry even you seemed different when I asked how you have been. I smiled and texted you.

i made this account to talk to you like 2 days after leaving my account. still I felt it is better to not talk to you.

As a general rule of thumb, I agree with 1000%. BUT I currently find myself in the 'shades of grey' world of bring in love with an unhappily married woman. Any advice?

I would definitely go on dates with a married woman, but only if I was also married

Good thinking. The risk is that you ruin the life of not one, but two people, three if you end up not enjoying the escapade and end up single once again, more if the couple had kids.

That goes against my values, so no. I honestly don't respect people who get into between couples.

No, even if I was single, I dated somebody who was divorced and that was weird enough.

No f***ing way, there is a limit to liberalisation of relationships and this takes it way out of line.
You're the new shiny toy just like the spouse was sometime back.

Why would anyone do that? Divorced? Sure. Still married? Nope.

No I wouldn't. That's in no way ok to do to your loved one. If you want someone else or aren't into them anymore, just break up.

Depends on if the woman is married to another woman or a man. Cause I'm down for a threesome with her and her wife
