How long should I wait to tell her I like her after she breaks up with her boyfriend?

Back story... They've been dating 3 years and the reason for the breakup is because the guy kept starting arguments over the smallest things..

It really depends. 3 years is a long time and she's probably got some stuff to work through.
If they were living together especially. But because you didn't mention it, I assume they weren't? If so, she'll have a lot of new emotions and struggles getting used to living alone (or with non-romantic partners (both situations can be a huge mess and change, as I'm sure you can assume)).
But really, just try to gauge how she's feeling. If she's open to talking about her feelings, try to talk to her about that over lunch breaks or whatever. Especially if she just brings it up, she's not ready to move on yet.
Another factor is if she thinks you might like her already. Like if you've been giving off those vibes while she was dating her ex.
What she really needs now is support. Someone to talk to. If you're that guy, she'll start associating positive vibes with you and that'll help for when you do make your move.

If you're looking for a number cause you're bad at reading girls, if she seems "normal" in a month, maybe then. I'd really advise against anything sooner, but I guess that's up to how she feels (or rather how you think she feels, which is trickier).

Yeah they've been living together, not sure if it's been all 3 years considering their both still teenagers (19) but I've already told her that I would the "support" guy, She's already told me secrets and stuff that she said she hadn't told her current boyfriend but thanks for the reply! Honestly, if they were living together, that's a lot more baggage for her. Do you know what her new living situation is like? Back with her parents or something? That part alone would be incredibly tough.
And yeah, not even sure why either of the 2 guys commented. You're clearly fine with her having had sex with this guy, it's expected after 3 dates, let alone 3 years.

But if she says she's out because he's just not the guy for her over all the petty arguments, then I guess just trust her and see where it goes. Honestly, still living with him might mean she's still attached and needs more time.
A girl can still be into a guy (thinking about him, lusting over him, reminiscing, etc) even if she's technically broken up. Something to keep in mind. It may not be fully over, which is maybe bad news for you.
