Are loners/introverts doomed to be alone?

if they can't make friends how could they get a girlfriend/boyfriend. right? maybe an introvert girl can get a boyfriend because guys approach while girls expect guys to approach them and introverts being not social can not do that. smart people tend to be loners is what iv heard and read from internet gurus not sure if thats true but it would explain a lot.

nope, i don’t think so.
you find people in all types of places.
you can find plenty of girls on dating apps.
you can find plenty of friends online too.



i don’t have friends (at least locally), i don’t go out much, i don’t have any coworkers, i do college online, and i am a big time introvert. my only luck was dating apps, but i am very selective with people. a lot of people will let it be known that they are shy or introverted on their dating profile. it might be interesting to try. talk a bit online first and try to go on a date and meet. it definitely is easier for those who are introverts and HATE asking in person.

There is this guy and we both really like each other and have a great sex life, anyways he broke it off today saying that he needs time to figure things out, that he is off his meds rn and because of his mental health. he still wants to stay in touch and he said he isn’t asking me to wait and that I need to do what makes me happy, but I don't know should i tell him I will wait? Should just move on? I don't know I like the guy a lot and I don’t wanna move on yet but I wanna know if I just should.

Not doomed to be alone. You have to have a partner who "gets it" with you needing your alone time.

I’m introverted and have a boyfriend that is extroverted but he has gained a personal like for being alone, so we are two loners together. It’s great ☺️
