During a dinner, girl steals place to other girl to sit next to guy she likes. He than changes place to sit next to another girl? Opinion?

Girl A and guy had a great conversation at a party the night before. She really likes him. At a dinner the day after, she often looks at him. They are not sitting next to each other. During a pause, she takes the place of the girl who was sitting next to him. They chat, conversation seems great. However, after a moment, he changes place and goes sit next to a girl he had been looking at quite a bit to talk to her and stays there next to her for the rest of the dinner, pouring her water, helping her sit by moving her chair, etc. opinion?
