Modest dresses must be out there somewhere. I lived in Utah and saw beneath the knees and longer dresses worn everywhere. Even ankle length. As for the makeup thing. I guess that just depends on her.

I don't know about other men but I don't even notice jewelry, nail paint or hair styles. And that makes all women I know angry.
