Do whatever you want, but your requirements will limit you to a very small pool of potentials. We all have something called a potential dating pool. Our life choices can reduce it, in many cases once reduced there is no way to increase it because you can't change your past. You can increase it by reducing obstacles you yourself put in the way, such as wanting someone with no romantic past.
Things like having children, or in your case wanting someone with no romantic past. While that is your idealized version, it severely limits your potential dating pool.
If your serious not being single, you should make choices that you have control over to increase your potential dating pool.
Either way good luck finding that needle in a haystack, be it at college or anywhere else.
Going to university just to meet a girl is a lot of effort and creepy. Try meeting elsewhere

They are all spending their time with men who are actually worth it.
You are obsessed with this "past" crap and you are missing out because of your own obsession with being inadequate. Get some psychotherapy first.
University is too old. Tbh only really ugly or weird girls haven't been in love or had sex after 19 max.
I think you're going to have to look for younger than college if you expect a woman not to have a past these days. Lol
