It's considerably harder the older you get, and the pretty extreme sexualization of young adolescents has made it that even a huge chunk of underage boys and girls are already "experienced," even if those relationships were pretty shallow. Unless you happen upon someone who has strictly adhered to some (probably religious) principles her whole life, it's pretty unlikely.

What you're asking for is someone who never went all in on a relationship before. They why would she go all in with you?
I like the kind of women who give their all. And if they've done that before but the relationships didn't work out, and then decide to try it with me, I'm flattered. It means that they know what they are looking for and that I have the qualities they seek.
They're those that have been raised in complete isolation and haven't seen any guy but close relatives, so you'll never meet them. You need to get rid of that requirement because the only reason I can see for you having that requirement is terribly low self-esteem and the belief that anyone who had so much as a crush can never want you over another guy, even if the other guy is literally the worst person to ever be in a relationship with.
