yes. it is. and i always cut out negative people in my life, because it just worsens my mental health and life and stress even more if I'm with negativity around, so i just am that one kind of positivity spreader kinda person and block out all the negative people as much as i can and only keep around the ones that make me happy and are supportive

Yes but if it’s online, you still have to be careful. Between the ones I know irl and online, I’d trust both but it depends on what I’m asking. Those irl know me more since they’ve been around me while the ones online haven’t.

Yes, I think it is better than surrounding yourself with people who constantly tear you down. But I think surrounding yourself with honest people, who have your best interests in their heart is best.

If that support is positive, and for positive things, then of course. If you surround yourself with people that support your alcoholism, or drug use, probably not so much.

Ofc! That's a question which has an obvious answer, which is yes. Connection and support extends outside physical boundaries. I've met people who are much more closer to me online than irl.
