See i would say in short term relationship obviously fuck boy would win coz he would have some charms to show and this and that. But don't forget at he is a fuck boy so he might be not loyal to his girlfriend.
But as an long term a girl would go for a guy who is well spoken, maybe not look attractive , but have decency and manner to talk, have some stable career and would look to his family.
As this is mine opinion i can be totally wrong.
