Do you know why? For you not to mention the factor of men being stronger than women. I want to know how pro equality you actually are. I see people who believe that men are not allowed to hit women as hard as women can but women are allowed to hit men just not to the point of actually hurting them. Women think they can get away with hitting men and they are almost always right in that literally nothing happens to them at all as a result, EXCEPT that occasionally a stupid man will hit them back, and if he is lucky, live to regret it.

First, he may be beaten up by one or typically a group of other men who do this to curry favor with the woman. We call such men "white knights" and there is nothing complimentary about that label at all. This is very dangerous as some men who were just defending themselves have been badly injured or killed by groups of men trying to please the women involved. Typically, nothing legally happens to the "white knights" no matter how badly they injure a man.

Secondly, and this does not nullify the first possibility, a man is nearly certain to be arrested and charged with "domestic violence" which is almost always a felony. The penalties and costs for a trial are prohibitive for most men and therefore they tend to "plead out" to lesser charges, making them effectively guilty anyway. Very few men are able to successfully oppose DV charges in court since Judges themselves also tend to be "white knights" and usually find them guilty. After being found guilty, a man is facing:

Mandatory minimum jail time,
Mandatory participation in a “batterer’s intervention program” (domestic violence classes),
Payment of fines and/or victim restitution,
A restraining order (also known as a protective order),
Loss of child custody rights,
Loss of gun rights,
A permanent criminal record, and
Immigration consequences for non-citizens, such as deportation or inadmissibility to the United States.

It is important to note that a man does not really have to hit a woman to be convicted of DV; all that has to happen is for the woman to say something as minimal as she is scared of him or that he threatened her, and he will always be arrested, charged, and convicted.

THIS is why many men refuse to have anything to do with women for fear of what women can do to them.

Men have no right to self-defense if attacked by women. If a man is attacked by a woman, the best and safest thing he can do is run - literally - and hope she doesn't call the cops.

The simple truth is that we as a species are hard-wired to view women with empathy instead of respect (including respecting them as criminals, or as a physical threat), and men with respect instead of empathy (including when they're victims). Truth is I was raised to never hit a woman and I have never laid a hand on a woman in my life. However I’ve been hit before. Speaking of martial arts @shaysh87 I’m a former pro mma fighter and a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu jitsu. I’ve sparred with women before. I know their capabilities and limitations. Some of them can kick pretty damn hard. One time a high level female
kickboxer spinning back kicked me right in to my liver (which was agony). It’s considered dirty to do spinning back kicks in sparring so after I recovered I started hitting her much harder. I could obviously tell she wanted me to.

And that wasn’t a domestic dispute (well maybe sorta was). But but bottom line is I didn’t get aggressive until she did. It was more about us both training and it wasn’t personal. Are most women MMA fighters? you don't reason or think, you just like demonizing women. Female MMA fighters are pros who are extrely fit and have been practicing fitness for a very very very long time. They are wayy stronger than average women. The origin and reasoning behind why men are discouraged from hitting women is because women are extremely fragile compared to men. Women are also much less able to defend herself against a man. and if you see what else changed in the last fe decades, shit has gone down hill very quickly. fertility rates are down to the point where most western countries that have tax based social security systems are facing a crash of those systems in the near future for a lack of contributors. inflation is going rampant. divorce rates skyrocketed, male virginity skyrocketet. more and more people are unhappy with their fucking lifes. and i think a lot of that comes down to the forced ideological reduction of the difference between men and women, that gave women some new purposes, while taking the purposes of men away with any replacement.

i mean you're saying it's becoming more and more the same. but in fact men did not become more likely to be stay at home dad, rise children or work in care jobs. so the sociological shift of recent decades was quite one sided.

on top of the stats i mentioned i'll intoduce you to a new one: inflation has been outrunning average wage increases for decades now. mening people who are 20 today have comparatively WAY less money than people that are 60 today had in their 20s.
