Back in the day, I use to take women to decent eateries. I wasn’t rich but I made them feel like I could spend… now that I’m older and wiser and realized that If she is expecting the fanciest of eateries or things on the first day… then run as far away from her. A person, should be with someone to get to know them, not for the places they will go. Never understood women that would shit on a man for taking to a fast food place and paying with a coupon.. lol (yes I’ve literally heard women complain about that). This is usually way I take them on a picnic or out for some ice cream, or something small. If they are willing to see me and enjoy the time. And don’t complain. Then we can talk about raising it up a notch for the second date. But I don’t rush in and buy her premium lobster and stuff on the first date because that like a man getting sex on the first date. They got what they wanted

I probably spend $75-100 on a first date, occasionally less, rarely more.

My experience is that the first date costs more than all subsequent dates. My friends would eat for free on the first date and than divide the cost equally for future dates with free car rides to restaurants by their boyfriends.

I don't keep track of that stuff... it doesn't matter to me, I don't even care to call it a "first date" we just go out, we hang out, we meet... on ourselves, in a group, with her friends... with mine

what I do know is that I'm always ready to spend something whether is 100, 200 or 500 bucks, money will never be an issue to me, when I'm into someone.. there's no "how much" there's only "when" and "what" lol

Whatever she's willing to spend I'll match lol. I don't really think of it in that way specifically, but I do believe that for the first date especially, it should be 50/50, or each pay for their own, unless one is willing to pay for it all and offers to.

But it's not really about the money for me, it just depends on whatever we decide to do. It should be about getting to know each other, not what one is "wiling to spend". All for spending nothing if it's not necessary (example I've had walks in the park as a first date before). Having said that, I'm not going to go out and spend hundreds of dollars either. But say a nice restaurant, and not "cheap", if it was say a $50-60 dollar bill, and I paid for it all, that would be "acceptable" to me and almost "expect" that, or the possibility.

First date with someone I met on a dating app? About $15 because it’s just coffee. If we’re meeting at a bar then then close to $35 because cocktails in my favorite bar are close to $15. If it’s someone I know but haven’t dated, it will be dinner, so somewhere around $120.

When I was first dating my wife, out first date we went out fishing in my boat. It did not cost anything because I dug my own worms. Second date we went to see Gordon Lightfoot at an outdoor venue. It was a 2 hour drive. I packed a picnic lunch that we ate on the lawn. With the tickets and a tank of gas it was about a hundred bucks.

On average the price of a good meal at a decent restaurant. If you are expecting a expensive meal at a upscale place from me you are expecting way too much. Also the fact that a woman would be expecting that is a huge red flag.

First date is an interview, usually low cost, meet for like lunch or coffee or meet at the zoo and walk and talk. I'd €50 on average, like that includes paying for the woman.

If we click and a 2nd date happens, I'd probably spend €150 - €200.

$10 to $120. Generally i do coffee date first. But if we go to eat i mean im not going to freaking applebees. Not super fancy but shit gets expensive sometimes. I dont really pay attention to costs tbh its not a big expense for me.

Nothing. Waste to spend money on someone you don't know will stay around, I don't know how some of these guys can afford to spend more than 20 bucks on EVERY first date. If I was a girl, I would quit my job because of all the free meals
