I think you again are asking two different questions. Who my future daughter may date is none of my concern but I will arm my daughter with the knowledge required to make a sane decision on her own. Just because someone has tattoes doesn't mean he doesn't have everything else together.( Like our previous talk of what they wrote Vs what they look like ). It may limit that tattooed person in this shackling society but somewhere in different sub cultures , they may thrive. As from a personal perspective , I do think tattooes are cool , it does limit their prospects in the modern society but it's their choice and not mine. If we had enough interests hobbies and chemistry , yes would certainly consider dating such a person but your pictured person does have a cigarette in their mouth and that instead decreases the chances for me. Depends how heavy a smoker they are but I'd prefer a drinker over a smoker any day
This guy seems to be a gang member of the brutal MS-13 gang with the number 13 on his forehead. So you go ahead and let your daughter go with him and don't judge him. That would be irresponsible as a parent to bury your head in the sand.
@Daniela1982 is it just the being in a part of a gang or is it also the tattoos you have an issue with? Because you didn't mention anything about him being in a gang in your description. You just you were judging him strictly on looks.

I'm asking if you only have a problem with that one specific tattoo or do you just consider bad parenting allowing your daughter to date someone who looks like him? If he didn't have that one tattoo, would you feel any differently?

That will leave all the decent guys who can actually get a job and doesn't look like someone painted graffiti all over his face for the other girls. This leads me to believe you have a lot of facial tattoos yourself.
Tattoos are expensive. How do you think he paid for them? He was probably financially stable when he got them. I know a nurse who is covered in tattoos. People consider that a respectable profession. I know construction workers who have face tats. I'm a garbage collector and I have worked with dudes who are covered in tattoos.

My point is, plenty of decent paying jobs will hire people with tattoos. I agree that face tats look stupid but I'm not going to judge his whole character because of it.
So hmm. Daniela, I don't know why but you seem to really like making people guess by looks alone? Granted tattoos aren't for everyone. I am afraid of needles and pain so you won't find me near one but I've got a good buddy of mine who is tattooed, some even near his neck but doesn't mean his a gang member, or a bad guy. Actually he's an i. t. guy , and a volunteer youth pastor and the guy who gave me his old phone because to use an iPhone app. Granted had I known he was part of the ms 13 or other things, it would be a whole different story but again I feel like you seem to have a different secret question whenever you ask questions. Body tattoos are okay, as long as theyāre done right. Even piercings are fine, but not too many. Iād like to see his face clearly.

Yes, it would matter a lot. I would want my daughter to marry well and have good looking children. My daughter had the usual self-destructive bad-boy phase, unfortunately. After she pulled her head out of her arse, she married a Dutchman and is pregnant with her second child to him.

Thats not acceptable. Tattoos are morally wrong. Everyone makes mistakes but there is such a thing as too many mistakes and that is an example of too many.
I'm easy going and would allow any daughter of mine to date who she wanted. I would however make it clear to whoever she dated that if he hurt her, it would be years before anyone found his remains!!!

@007kingifrit 1. What age range are you talking about? 2. Not all degrees can be earned from just online schooling if at all. Examples: Nursing, Cardiology, Marine Biology, Physical Therapy, Dentistry, Auto Mechanics (not common for women) etc.
