My fiance not ready to give kiss before marriage?

Hi ,
I am Asian guy and lives in Italy I never kiss any women in untill yet I am engaged in my home land now It has been 3 year over I never meet her never date her. Now I am planning to meet her and want to kiss her but she says before marriage she don't wanna give kiss and hug to me.. meanwhile I am desperately need kiss.
Now how I can ask her. For kiss.. need suggestions

Your girlfriend and you are the subject of a contract between two families, there is no love or anything else, you are two assets.
