I met him only once time because the corona.
But We every day texts messages each other, most time he will text me actively. And I show my feeling to him because I don’t like hiding my feelings but I think he also knew it. I am not sure we are in relationship or still in date? Should I ask him or just keeping like this?

You only met him once. That is by far not enough to even consider being in relationship.

At best you had one single date and again, this is not really enough to know the basics of a person. People tend to hide their true self to their potential date because no one really wants to tell the date that they have a criminal record, that they have an addiction or that they have anger issues. Those kind of secrets are best kept until one knows the other one inside out.

I personally would keep it for myself until you really know that person a little better. You can never really know someone by just texting them.

I think you can automatically assume you and he are dating. For example. Don't ask him if you're dating. Ask him where he would like to go for your next date.

The difference is, you're taking it as a given, rather than asking for confirmation. That's what I would do if I were you anyway.
