Me and my cousin aren't very close as we just reconnected after 12 years at funeral. He seemed so engaged in our conversation on funeral day we took each others number he said glad you came he stayed at my table when everyone left he kept looking over at me he said 12 years was way too long not meet. Unfortunately he always take a week to respond to me that make me more nervous and unsure about message him I think about deleting the message altogether before he get to see it he said he busy with work. I want to ask him if he going to the party next week as I feel like it would be fun to have someone close to my age there and I enjoyed seeing him last time but his long replies really put me off. Should I ask him if he going to party?
