Id tell him the days I am available and time slots. Then the ball is in his court and he will reschedule it, then you will have your answer whether his actually interested in you or not.
Sounds like there is a 50/50 chance, but best to leave it in his court instead of practically doing backflips to see him. This way shows you also have a schedule and a life and he has to work it out if he wants to see you and show genuine interest in you.
