Why can't I can fully attracted to a guy that I am only a little bit attracted?

I am bit attracted to one but is not like a huge attraction. I had a problem with getting attracted to guys. Yet now it seems to be a bit of problems. I am not sure what to and how I might need to rethink about my feelings. They are not strong but I think they have feelings for me. What should I do. I am very unsure about it. I find it very hard to talk and get to know each other. .

You may have a medical issue with your hormones. Do you sleep well? Lack of sleep can greatly affect your emotions. If not this then perhaps you aren't sure what to look for in a mate. It might be wise to ask and try it with this individual. If there is a spark, sometimes to get a fire you have to tend to it a little at a time. Use the opportunity to get to know yourself and others you date, or even just hang out with. Note what things you do and don't like about the other people in your life. You won't always have the same interests but some are good to have, like do you want to have children, do you believe the same. Take notice of things that tend to cause issues in relationships and plan ahead to help alleviate them.

I have not heard of any medical issues. Do have a learning disability. Used to always get attracted to guys through college and did have a lot of relationships. I had a problem with the menstruation cycle. Had Heavy periods and Irregular periods. I have been to two different doctors. The first one got a blood test and then. Went to the same doctor to give an Tranexamic acid and didn't even work. Went to a different doctor and did give a birth control pill. Stop taking Tranexamic acid.

You could be having a reaction to the pill. But despite your learning disability, your body knows when something is right or is off. Trust it, along with true friends and family in this matter

I had no issue while in college and did have 9 ex-boyfriends. 7 boyfriends from college and two from outside from college. All of them ended up with a break. Up. Some did cheat. Others were crazy. Trying to get a known person I find very hard and how to say. Can't even find a place since I can sometimes spend a long time or can't think of one. I thought I put my value about trustworthy , common and interested.

I could be wrong but sounds like you don't know each other super well, try to talk and see. Who knows you may become more attracted after getting to know them. Besides it sounds like he could also be interested.

The only issues I don't think had not lot thing in common. Trying to talk to and yet can't even know or what to ask.

Maybe your expectations are pretty high so they never meet your expectations and as soon as you find a flaw... you become less attracted?
