Am I in a Situationship?

I’ve been dating someone for 4 months long distance. He said he is not ready for something serious because he was in a 10 year relationship a year ago.
Last weekend I visited his hometown and met his childhood friends and family. His mom text messages me and wants me to move out there when I finish school in May. I’m hoping that if I give him space and time maybe the relationship will evolve. But am I in a situationship?

I don't know what a situationship is, I don't know why you need to have a term for this long distance relationship. I would highly recommend that you stay where you're at, why would you want to move somewhere you don't even know whether the guy wants to be in a committed relationship or not. Yeah you're in some type of situation, his mother must think he's very needy
