He can be fine for 2 3 days, then he disappears for another 2 o 3 days without even texting
He says its becaue he has lots of problems and doesn't want to annoy me or depress me too

If he disappears again and again then he cannot blame his depression. People with depression can do it once or twice but not more. Cause they care more about their loved ones. So when he feels like disappearing he still won't do it cause he knows you will be worried
