Ladies, Would you be upset if your boyfriend did this?

My girlfriend is PISSED (to the point where we might breakup) because I had a girl spend the night at my apt. Here’s what happened Saturday was my best friends wedding (I’m the best man) and since one of the bridesmaids lives “close” (30mins away) to me we decided to carpool (the drive to the wedding was about 1hr 30mins from me). Well after the wedding was over at 2am we drove back to my place (that’s where she had her car) and she was way too tired and drunk to drive home so I told her she could stay the night (she slept in my room and I slept on the couch) . Around 10am my girlfriend comes over and sees Amy (the bridesmaid) wearing a tshirt and shorts of mine (because she spent the night and didn’t have any clothes to change in) and of course she assumes the worst. NOTHING happened between Amy and I what was I supposed to do let her drive home in that state?

I would have wanted to know about it before it happened. Yes it was the right thing, and ultimately I want a guy that does the right thing. But damn dude, call your girlfriend and let her know what's happening. Maybe she comes over to spend the night too and then you don't have to worry about upset girlfriends or bridesmaids trying to figure out how they ended up in your bed and thinking the worst.

Maybe you should have called or messaged your girlfriend that night to explain the situation. Why did you not have her attend the wedding with you? You have to admit it probably didn't look real good. What would you have done or been like if the roles were reversed?
