You should get over it, that was long time ago. And to be honest with you, he had life before you so I don't see issues. After all he stood by your side and there he is still.
Also atm I have some feelings for my ex, I going out with other girls and probably will be in relationship soon but there will be moments when I will think about my ex. Will I talk about it with my girl, no I will not. Do I feel bad about it, no I don't, I'm not planning to get back with her or something else. In time I will get over her fully and everything will be fine not first time to happen.

If it was after you dated then leave. If it was before you dated then stay because he didn't know he was going to like you better. Unfortunately some guys do this because getting a date is hard for them so might as well take the chance while women love you

Honestly that would really hurt my feelings. I'd confront him or talk to him about it and see where he's at right now. Because if he says it's nothing then just let it be. He could of been unsure about you when you had him first. But it's been 3 years almost right? And he doesn't seem to still talk to her? I'd let it go:)
