I was for years until like a few years ago I spent every night in the dark now I realise there's nothing to be afraid of but I feel very girly and weak that I was afraid of such an un-scary thing for so long. Feel like a mega wuss

Why would I avoid dating him because of that? It's normal, every one of us has some fears. Having said that, a bunch of people are afraid of the dark, so why would I judge him for it just because he is a man?

True, but I don't think that nothing in the wrong is considered manly, otherwise we would be saying James Charles is manly, I think there's some definite gender role differences between male and female... Eg being brave or not.. so on and so on... if we jus try act like there's nothing that separates the gender guys are gonna be start becoming very girlie and then girls will wonder where all the masculine men are gone
