+1 yNo… I am from Georgia and 20 % of my country is occupied by Russia. I’ve seen what they’ve done in Georgia in the past 30 years.
Kill civilians and play football with their heads,
R*pe children in front of their parents,
Feed the dead bodies of older people to pigs,
These are people who are happy and encourage their president to keep having war in Ukraine,
the poll showed most Russians support the war,
These are people whose sons gang r*pe 9 year old girls, 16 years old pregnant girls and 78 years old women before killing them and then go call their wives and tell the stories of it to amuse them,
people who rob Ukrainian families and send to their families and their families are happy with it,
there must be something very sick about these people and I wouldn’t want to make my genes dirty with them.17 Reply- +1 y
Wow…
If that’s all you can say to a person who had to leave her house at 11 because her town was occupied by Russians and whose friends and grandparents got bombed in front of her eyes, then due to all respect to your age, the only person between us, who’s full of sh*t is - You
Not me 😘 - +1 y
*with all due respect ;P Sorry for typo
- +1 y
You were spouting lies in your original comment. They sounded like horror stories for children. The only thing you left out was tossing babies in the air and catching them on bayonets. Either you are deliberately lying or you believe propaganda that you've been told.
I don't doubt the bombings. - +1 y
@Lliam I’ve not been just told by TV.
What I said in the first part of my comment is something I know from people who had to flee Sokhumi after Russian Occupation 30 years ago. There are even more horrible stories…
And sadly they are true, I know of a Georgian woman whose son was killed and tortured in front of her eyes and she was forced to eat his eyes?
Isn’t it horrible? Is not it just beyond your imagination? But this is true, that woman almost turned crazy, I would probably kill myself after that.
You know, sometimes world is not as beautiful place as many people in developed countries think, there are horrible things happening in wars, and these stories are true…
Search for Russian War crimes in Georgia in 1992-1993, they are not part of Propaganda, I know people who had first hand experience of this…
I, myself, experienced war with Russia in 2008 too and that’s why I believe that’s true that many horrible things happen in Ukraine as well.
It’s one thing if you want to close your eyes, but if you want to see the ugly truth, then here I am - the war survivor and my parents generation almost died out fighting with Russia.
Russian is my 2nd language, English is my 3rd.
I don’t hate Russia, I hate what Russian people did in Georgia and what they do in Ukraine today and sadly I know of too many heart wrenching stories, done by average Russians, those soldiers were someone’s brothers, someone’s sons, someone’s husbands and someone’s fathers, and we want to believe it not, they were authors of unimaginably brutal war crimes…
- +1 y
Not saying, there are not good Russians. There are - but they are either in prison or abroad or quiet.
What breaks my heart is, they never regret what they did, many Russians come to Georgia and I’ve met lots of them. Only small percentage of them regrets what their country has done in both, Georgia and Ukraine.
And how is it wrong of me to question the sanity of people, who’re capable of massively doing brutal things like this? - +1 y
Thanks for MHO

sure! i currently am dating one.
i think most people won't have a problem, especially in my country where they are migrating to constantly (most of the students in my highschool were slavik).
but if you are talking about the crrent political climate, then i'd say that first you go out and then ask about their opinion. no need to judge someone according to their countries behaviour.00 Reply

+1 yI did long ago in the past. She worked for a local circus act as an acrobat. I really liked her a lot and her family treated me like one of their own (she lived together with her family along with the circus troupe; they all treated me so kindly). With regret, she had to go back to Moscow at the end of the summer.
Now she's actually made it rather big with an act in Cirque du Soleil.11 Reply- +1 y
This is her in Cirque du Soleil. Actually, her act has become very raunchy! When she was in the local circus, she had a much more innocent type of act.

One thing that kind of shocked me the first time we held hands is that her hands felt like a rock. They were covered in callouses from her rope training and tougher than any man's hand I ever shook. Yet I came to love her rock-hard hands and saw it as a reflection of her hard work.
+1 ySure. Yeah, I'm not fond of their government, but these days I'm not so fond of mine, either.
She'd probably get REALLY sick of being asked to say "Moose and squirrel", though. But there are perks to dating someone you can endlessly amuse with just three words.00 ReplyIf she pisses on the Russian flag and admits being ashamed of the fact that her culture is that of subhuman filth which has not contributed anything positive to the world for the past 100 years?
Sure.
In any other circumstance? No.12 Reply- +1 y
Is it common for other Slavs to hate Russia?
2.6K opinions shared on Dating topic. Absolutely! Why not? I don't care about a person's race or ethnicity. Some Russian babes are super hot and also sweet.
And if people have a problem with Russians because of politics, they should have more of a problem with Americans and Brits.00 Reply
+1 yIf I am honest I have never dated a girl from Russia but I would love to I think and in my opinion and the only thing I look for in a girl is that if she understands my feelings and true intentions or not and if she does then I would date her no matter what even if she is not very good looking or attractive because I don't care about how good the person I am dating all I care about is the way she understands me and if she truly loves me or not and if she does then I am locked onto her.
00 ReplyIf I was single still? Yes, Russians and Slavic women are the only fair skinned Europeans I'm into. I usually prefer latinas, desis, Khmer, and Filipinas
