Should I be insulted?

So I was at a social gathering yesterday and naturally all the singles in the group were coupling up- I’m not single. However, I spoke to some of the guys ( just generally because I know them) and the girls who had their sights set on them each time came and stood next to them straight away as if they saw me as a threat. I can honestly hands down I was not remotely interested in anyone, I was just being friendly with everyone.

Probably not; if everyone was doing the pair-up thing, they probably just thought that YOU thought that those guys were unattached.

Not really everyone just them and those guys. Pretty sure most people know I’m not available aswell.
