That's a friend, not a partner. It's ultimately not going to last, or if it does you're going to be unhappy because everything isn't there for you. Think of it this way, would you want a guy "settling" for you? Because that's really what you're doing. Yes you've maybe found a "rare" thing that's hard to find, but women especially act as though physical attraction isn't important, but it is! It's equally important in my opinion. Your "perfect" partner is going to be that on ALL levels for you, even physical attraction. Yes it's hard to find, for everyone. But think of your happiness. You might be "content" for a while, but eventually this will be an issue in some way (example you won't have sex with him as often as he'd like because of this, and he'll be unhappy also).

And my experience, just that. Met online, conversations were great! Met in person, there was just nothing there for me as far as physical attraction. I gave it a few more dates to see if anything would change, but it didn't. I ended it. It wasn't fair to either of us to continue dating when I knew it wasn't going to go anywhere.

This doctor at my job wants to take me out and pretty much now everyone at my job is pressuring me to give him a chance because he’s so vocal about it but I am not at all attracted to him.. though we click like really well and I’m actually even starting to get “butterflies” and excited when he texts/calls me…I’m just unsure of what to do :/

Mentally I am very attracted to him though.

Ok well. Most people would tell you the same. Not smart to mingle with people you work with, because of the ramifications you could personally face from HR and if it doesn’t work out now you have to find another place to work
