No xD it has nothing to do with that. Mean that if you physically attack someone that you literally have no chance of beating, cause they are infinitely stronger than you, morally you're not entitled to assume a victim role. Cause you were dumb enough to attack them.

I mean his professional fighting skills aren't the point here. That would be the case with someone like Bruce Lee, where you didn't know you're attacking someone that is vastly superior. With my example it's very obvious for every moron that there was never a chance for the attacker to win, so the attacker shouldn't play the victim after he got beat up, when they knew they would lose. That's true if the attacker is a woman too.

Well. I'm just saying my opinion. I know the law favours the one with less fighting experience. Cause the law assumes that the one with the less power or experience can't be the attacker, cause the law doesn't consider the idiocy of certain women in this regard.
