I’m 20 and can’t buy a house. I know it’s not something most people my age can do but I’ve been saving since I’ve been working at 16 both full time and part time depending on my free time when not studying and also all my friends are older and have already achieved so or just doing so now


Plus where I live flats are super expensive. A ‘cheap’ 1 bed flat is about £350,000 (not a help to buy scheme) and with a 10% minimum deposit even for 35 year loan say I’d need to be earning about minimum £80k a year if I’ve worked it out correctly and that may not even be enough for it

This way of tying it, was only discovered by me a few years ago, so for a long time, I'd just tie a simple knot and tuck the rest into my shoes.
