Is it bad to text him again?

I told a guy that I met once before, that I want to see him. He proceeded to ask what day works best for me. I told him Wednesday, which is tomorrow he said that works and that 6 is good. I asked what he wanted to do, he said he would plan something and I replied with sounds good let me know. It’s Tuesday and no text from him, I am tempted to text him tonight saying “Hey, where are we meeting tomorrow?” I feel upset by having zero communication from his end. If he doesn’t want to see me, why even agree?
