There is a guy who I've been hooking up with for a while. I had told him I wanted to date since I felt like we connection together, he was giving bs excuse like he works a lot. I walked away&moved on... Then he started to text me he misses me, he does want to date too. I said OK.. Last night he drunk dialed me to meet up, I went his place and we slept together again. In bed he said "he doesn't deserve me, he's not handsome enough for me, he likes and cares about me a lot but he can only hang out" I was like wtf did he try to reject me or smth? He said he wants to date when I was already moved on? Wtf his problem? However I stayed cool.. After midnight he said "I love you"

He says what he knows will get you into bed. Every “reason” he gives as to why he can’t be with you are just excuses, and he’s trying to make you feel sympathetic towards him rather than angry. That way you aren’t mad when he tells you for another time that he won’t commit to you and instead you’ll feel bad. He is a toxic, selfish person. If he really cared for you and had respect then he would not take advantage of you and use you, knowing deep down he is not ready to commit. I would advise you cut ties with him for good and move on. He won’t give you a relationship, and if that is really what you want from a guy, then look for one who has the intention to date from the start.
