Younger guy calling me mum/sister, what do you think he wants from me?

I'm a 39 year old, I recently met this 19 year old. He hit on me because.. believe it or not, I look good and I used to model when I was younger, I even appeared on a commercial lol.
I turned him down because of his age, but we kept talking. He gradually opened up to me. He said he has anxiety, and then he said ''I like talking to you, I love the reassurance I feel when talking to you, you make me feel safe.'' and then he was like ''can I be honest? I like our age gap, because you're kinda motherly and I like the idea of protection from an older person''
He says I'm one of the kindest people he's ever met and he even said I'm one of a kind lol. At this point I literally asked him if he has a poor relationship with his parents, he said that they broke up when he was 13 and his mum has been especially bitter towards him since then.
Honestly, what does this sound like to you?
