There is no real title.

The guy i am seeing, dating , exclusive with and having sex with calls me a friend we are not yet girlfriend n boyfriend.

Nothing. You don't usually call the phase between stuff anything because it's not permanent and there is no reason to find a title for it. You are either friends or you are boyfriend and girlfriend.
