Not as interested as I thought she was?

Been seeing this girl I met off hinge for 3 weeks now. I've seen her 4 times. Every time we are together we always have a great time, easy flowing conversations, intimate with each other, laughing etc. We hooked up one of the times as well. She even makes comments about doing future things together. But I am always the one initiating when it comes to texting. I will text her in the evening usually asking about her day and stuff. She always responds and it's not one word responses or anything. But I always have to be the one to text her first or plan a date for things to happen. And I decided to back off a bit and haven't texted her since Sunday afternoon but I still have not heard anything from her. Should I take this as her not actually being as interested as I thought she was despite how good things are when we are together in person?

FYI - She said she is looking for something serious.

Not everyone likes to text. My SO, for example, hates texting, and prefers talking on the phone. Please don't hold lack of texting against her... she may otherwise be a "keeper".

Personally, I'd back off. If she confronts, which I don't think she will, tell her the truth.
